I hired Roberto to get my house ready for sale. He painted the entire interior, replaced carpeting, remodeled the bathroom completed several other smaller projects. My realtor had very specific instructions and Roberto cheerfully paid attention to all of the details.I ended up moving back in instead of selling and I was very happy with the quality of work, reasonable cost, and ongoing communication.

We hired Roberto to install additional support columns on several beams in our basement after recommendation from a structural engineer. We are extremely happy with the work that he did. From start to finish Roberto was very professional and easy to work with - including the quoting process, permitting, and structural work. Roberto consulted with me on what I wanted, explained the process clearly and gave great advice. Roberto is professional and detail-oriented. He is also respectful of both the client and their property (impeccable cleanup). The quality of workmanship was top-notch and I was so happy with the results.
